1. LEGAL IDENTIFICATION<\/strong><\/h4>

E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC, sociedad legalmente constituida en Dub\u00e1i, Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos (en adelante \u00abEMI EXPERIENCE\u00bb), presta servicios tur\u00edsticos, recreativos, corporativos y experienciales dentro y fuera de Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/h4>

Al efectuar cualquier reserva, pago o contrataci\u00f3n de servicios ofrecidos por E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC, usted (en adelante, \u00abel Cliente\u00bb) declara haber le\u00eddo, comprendido y aceptado en su totalidad los presentes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones.<\/h4>

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/h4>

EMI EXPERIENCE acts as an intermediary and\/or provider of tourism services in the United Arab Emirates and internationally, including but not limited to:<\/h4>

  • Planning and creation of customized itineraries<\/h4><\/li>

  • Tours y excursiones<\/h4><\/li>

  • Transfers, transportation and luxury experiences<\/h4><\/li>

  • Hotel and lodging reservations<\/h4><\/li>

  • Entradas a atracciones y experiencias especiales y deportivas<\/h4><\/li>

  • Incentivos corporativos<\/h4><\/li>

  • Viajes de negocios – networking<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

    Los servicios pueden ser prestados directa o indirectamente por EMI EXPERIENCE y\/o por proveedores terceros independientes (en adelante, \u00abProveedores\u00bb), con quienes E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC contrata o colabora.<\/h4>

    2.3. Adicionalmente, EMI EXPERIENCE comercializa paquetes tur\u00edsticos integrales para eventos especiales de alta demanda (por ejemplo, el Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix), los cuales incluyen usualmente, seg\u00fan se detalle en cada propuesta comercial:<\/h4>

    • Entradas oficiales al evento<\/h4><\/li>

    • Alojamiento<\/h4><\/li>

    • Desayunos<\/h4><\/li>

    • Traslados<\/h4><\/li>

    • Tours<\/h4><\/li>

    • Actividades<\/h4><\/li>

    • Gu\u00eda en espa\u00f1ol<\/h4><\/li>

    • Asistencia durante el viaje<\/h4><\/li>

    • Otros servicios detallados en la propuesta comercial<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

      Salvo que se indique expresamente, estos paquetes no incluyen almuerzos, cenas, bebidas, seguro de viaje, visa, gastos personales, propinas, early check-in, late check-out, compras personales, servicios opcionales ni cualquier otro servicio no especificado expresamente en la propuesta comercial. Estos paquetes se rigen por los presentes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones Generales, junto con las condiciones adicionales espec\u00edficas se\u00f1aladas en las secciones correspondientes de este documento.<\/h4>

      3. PRICES<\/strong><\/h4>

      3.1. Todos los precios podr\u00e1n ser expresados en AED, USD, EUR o COP seg\u00fan servicios prestados.<\/h4>

      3.2. Los precios est\u00e1n sujetos a:<\/h4>

      • Incrementos de proveedores.<\/h4><\/li>

      • Impuestos gubernamentales.<\/h4><\/li>

      • Eventos especiales.<\/h4><\/li>

      • Temporadas altas.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

        3.3. Los precios no incluyen, a menos que se especifique claramente:<\/h4>

        • Tips to guides or drivers<\/h4><\/li>

        • Passport or visa fees<\/h4><\/li>

        • Travel insurance<\/h4><\/li>

        • Meals and beverages not specified<\/h4><\/li>

        • Room service or laundry service<\/h4><\/li>

        • Early check-in y late check-out<\/h4><\/li>

        • Compras personales y servicios opcionales<\/h4><\/li>

        • Cualquier gasto personal no especificado.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

          3.4. Los precios pueden modificarse sin previo aviso debido a cambios imprevistos en tarifas de Proveedores, costos operativos, impuestos o temporada.<\/h4>

          3.5. Condici\u00f3n especial para paquetes de eventos especiales de alta demanda (por ejemplo, el Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix): los precios de estos paquetes ser\u00e1n cotizados y pagados exclusivamente en D\u00f3lares de los Estados Unidos (USD), independientemente de la moneda de origen del Cliente. Dichos precios estar\u00e1n sujetos a disponibilidad y podr\u00e1n modificarse sin previo aviso hasta el momento en que EMI EXPERIENCE reciba el pago del dep\u00f3sito de confirmaci\u00f3n (40% del valor total). Una vez recibido dicho pago, el precio del paquete quedar\u00e1 garantizado para el Cliente.<\/h4>

          4. MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/h4>

          4.1. The Client is obliged to carry and present, before starting any service:<\/h4>

          • Valid passport<\/h4><\/li>

          • Official identity document<\/h4><\/li>

          • Requisitos sanitarios y permisos especiales exigidos por el pa\u00eds o autoridad correspondiente, cuando apliquen.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

            4.2. Some activities, tours and experiences require mandatory identity verification. Failure to present such documentation:<\/h4>

            • La actividad podr\u00e1 ser cancelada de inmediato<\/h4><\/li>

            • There will be no exchange, deferral or refund option.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

              4.3. La inadmisi\u00f3n del Cliente por parte de las autoridades migratorias, por falta de documentaci\u00f3n, visa o cualquier otro requisito, no generar\u00e1 derecho a devoluci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

              5. POL\u00cdTICAS DE PAGO<\/strong><\/h4>

              5.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC acepta los siguientes m\u00e9todos:<\/h4>

              • International credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)<\/h4><\/li>

              • Secure payment link sent by an official payment gateway.<\/h4><\/li>

              • Transferencia bancaria a cuenta de la compa\u00f1\u00eda bajo E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC<\/h4><\/li>

              • Cash payment only at authorized physical office.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                5.2. Se a\u00f1adir\u00e1 a toda tarifa contratada:<\/h4>

                • 9% de processing fee por utilizaci\u00f3n de la pasarela de pago, a cargo del Cliente.<\/h4><\/li>

                • 5% VAT (Value Added Tax), de conformidad con la normativa fiscal vigente de los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos, a cargo del Cliente.<\/h4><\/li>

                • 7% de tarifa de agencia por los paquetes dise\u00f1ados a la medida, a cargo del Cliente.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                  5.3. Condici\u00f3n especial de pago para paquetes de eventos especiales de alta demanda (por ejemplo, Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix):<\/strong><\/h4>

                  Los valores de estos paquetes ser\u00e1n cotizados y pagados exclusivamente en D\u00f3lares de los Estados Unidos (USD). El pago se realizar\u00e1 de la siguiente manera:<\/h4>

                  • 40% del valor total del paquete para confirmar la reserva (dep\u00f3sito de confirmaci\u00f3n).<\/h4><\/li>

                  • 60% restante, el cual podr\u00e1 cancelarse en hasta cuatro (4) cuotas, seg\u00fan cronograma personalizado establecido por EMI EXPERIENCE para cada Cliente.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                    La totalidad del paquete deber\u00e1 encontrarse cancelada antes de la fecha l\u00edmite indicada por EMI EXPERIENCE para proceder con la emisi\u00f3n definitiva de entradas oficiales, reservas hoteleras, tours, traslados y dem\u00e1s servicios incluidos. El incumplimiento del plan de pagos podr\u00e1 ocasionar la cancelaci\u00f3n autom\u00e1tica de la reserva, aplic\u00e1ndose las penalidades correspondientes.<\/h4>

                    5.4. Estos cargos adicionales son obligatorios y no son reembolsables bajo ninguna circunstancia.<\/h4>

                    6. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION<\/strong><\/h4>

                    6.1. Para confirmar efectivamente una reserva, el Cliente debe realizar el pago total utilizando uno de los m\u00e9todos anteriormente descritos.<\/h4>

                    6.2. Es responsabilidad del Cliente proporcionar datos correctos y completos al momento de reservar, si por alguna circunstancia el cliente no proporciona datos correctos E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC no se hace responsable de modificaciones en su reserva por este motivo.<\/h4>

                    • Full names and surnames<\/h4><\/li>

                    • Active contact phone number<\/h4><\/li>

                    • Valid e-mail address<\/h4><\/li>

                    • Accommodation data (when applicable)<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                      6.3. Condici\u00f3n especial para paquetes de eventos especiales de alta demanda:<\/strong><\/h4>

                      La reserva \u00fanicamente se considerar\u00e1 confirmada una vez EMI EXPERIENCE reciba el pago equivalente al 40% del valor total del paquete (dep\u00f3sito de confirmaci\u00f3n). Hasta tanto dicho pago no haya sido recibido, EMI EXPERIENCE no garantiza disponibilidad hotelera, disponibilidad de entradas al evento, tarifas publicadas, cupos a\u00e9reos (cuando apliquen) ni ning\u00fan otro servicio ofrecido dentro del paquete. La disponibilidad estar\u00e1 siempre sujeta a confirmaci\u00f3n por parte de los Proveedores.<\/h4>

                      7. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND NO SHOW POLICIES<\/strong><\/h4>

                      7.1. General Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h4>

                      Cada servicio, tour, experiencia, actividad o reserva hotelera puede estar sujeto a pol\u00edticas de cancelaci\u00f3n individuales establecidas por el Proveedor correspondiente.<\/h4>

                      La falta de pago faculta a EMI EXPERIENCE para cancelar autom\u00e1ticamente la reserva sin obligaci\u00f3n de reembolso del dep\u00f3sito.<\/h4>

                      El Cliente declara conocer que, debido a que las actividades y atracciones manejan pol\u00edticas propias y estrictas, E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC no controla ni modifica dichas pol\u00edticas.<\/h4>

                      7.2. Cancellations by the Customer<\/strong><\/h4>

                      Las cancelaciones solicitadas con m\u00e1s de 72 horas de antelaci\u00f3n al inicio del servicio pueden calificar para reembolso, excepto en temporadas especiales y sujeto a t\u00e9rminos del Proveedor y a:<\/h4>
                      • \u00a0<\/li>

                      • Gastos administrativos.<\/h4><\/li>

                      • Pol\u00edticas de proveedores.<\/h4><\/li>

                      • Costos bancarios.<\/h4><\/li>

                      • Costos operativos.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                        o a servicios no reembolsables como:<\/h4>

                        • Museum of the Future<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Burj Khalifa<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Burj Al Arab<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Skydive Dubai<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Helicopter Tours<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Theme parks<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Fast track and special shows or others.<\/h4><\/li>

                        • Deportes acu\u00e1ticos.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                          Durante temporada alta y fechas de alta demanda (incluyendo, sin limitarse, 01 de diciembre a 31 de enero) ning\u00fan servicio aplica para reembolso.<\/h4>

                          7.3. Reembolsos que apliquen, seg\u00fan plazo<\/strong><\/h4>

                          * The exclusion indicated in high season strictly applies.<\/h4>

                          Los reembolsos se procesar\u00e1n en un plazo m\u00e1ximo de 30 d\u00edas contados desde la autorizaci\u00f3n del Proveedor. Se reembolsar\u00e1 utilizando el mismo m\u00e9todo de pago original, salvo que se acuerde expresamente lo contrario.<\/h4>

                          7.4. No-Show<\/strong><\/h4>

                          La no presentaci\u00f3n del cliente en cualquiera de los servicios contratados genera:<\/h4>

                          • P\u00e9rdida del 100% del valor pagado.<\/h4><\/li>

                          • Imposibilidad de reembolso.<\/h4><\/li>

                          • Imposibilidad de reprogramaci\u00f3n.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                            Aplica a tours, traslados, actividades, entradas y hoteles u cualquier servicio en general prestado por E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC. No se permiten reprogramaciones ni modificaciones para servicios confirmados sin cargos adicionales.<\/h4>

                            7.5. Condici\u00f3n especial para paquetes de eventos especiales de alta demanda (por ejemplo, Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix):<\/strong><\/h4>

                            El dep\u00f3sito de confirmaci\u00f3n equivalente al 40% del valor total del paquete tiene car\u00e1cter definitivo y NO REEMBOLSABLE bajo ninguna circunstancia, incluyendo, entre otras: cancelaci\u00f3n voluntaria, problemas personales, enfermedad, negaci\u00f3n de visa, problemas migratorios, cambios laborales, motivos econ\u00f3micos, imposibilidad de viajar, o fuerza mayor que afecte exclusivamente al pasajero. Esto obedece a que dicho dep\u00f3sito es utilizado de inmediato por EMI EXPERIENCE para asegurar servicios de disponibilidad limitada y de car\u00e1cter no reembolsable frente a los Proveedores (entradas oficiales, reservas hoteleras, tarifas especiales, operadores locales, traslados y actividades incluidas).<\/h4>

                            Respecto al 60% restante, en caso de cancelaci\u00f3n, aplicar\u00e1n las pol\u00edticas de hoteles, aerol\u00edneas, operadores y dem\u00e1s Proveedores involucrados; si dichos Proveedores no autorizan devoluci\u00f3n, EMI EXPERIENCE tampoco podr\u00e1 efectuar reembolso sobre dichos valores.<\/h4>

                            Las entradas oficiales a este tipo de eventos son emitidas bajo las pol\u00edticas del organizador oficial, no son reembolsables y no admiten cambio de fecha ni de evento; EMI EXPERIENCE act\u00faa \u00fanicamente como intermediario autorizado entre el Cliente y el proveedor oficial de las entradas.<\/h4>

                            Toda solicitud de modificaci\u00f3n por parte del Cliente sobre un paquete de este tipo estar\u00e1 sujeta a disponibilidad y a las pol\u00edticas de hoteles, aerol\u00edneas, organizadores y operadores tur\u00edsticos; los costos derivados de dichas modificaciones ser\u00e1n asumidos por el Cliente.<\/h4>

                            8. EVENTOS DEPORTIVOS<\/strong><\/h4>

                            Para productos relacionados con:<\/h4>
                            • \u00a0<\/li>
                            • \u00a0<\/li>

                            • Eventos atl\u00e9ticos.<\/h4><\/li>

                            • Eventos masivos.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                              El cliente reconoce que:<\/h4>

                              • Participa bajo su propia responsabilidad.<\/h4><\/li>

                              • Debe cumplir los requisitos m\u00e9dicos del organizador.<\/h4><\/li>

                              • La inscripci\u00f3n est\u00e1 sujeta a las reglas del evento oficial.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                EMI EXPERIENCE no es responsable por:<\/h4>
                                • \u00a0<\/li>
                                • \u00a0<\/li>
                                • \u00a0<\/li>

                                • Cambios de recorrido.<\/h4><\/li>

                                • Cancelaciones del organizador.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                  Para paquetes relacionados con eventos de gran escala como el Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, EMI EXPERIENCE tampoco ser\u00e1 responsable por cancelaciones, modificaciones o alteraciones ocasionadas por el organizador oficial (Yas Marina Circuit, FIA, Formula One Management), ni por cambios en horarios, accesos, actividades, cronograma o programaci\u00f3n oficial del evento, decisiones que corresponden exclusivamente al organizador. En dichos casos, EMI EXPERIENCE trasladar\u00e1 al Cliente las soluciones ofrecidas por cada Proveedor.<\/h4>

                                  9. CONDICIONES M\u00c9DICAS<\/strong><\/h4>

                                  El cliente declara encontrarse en condiciones f\u00edsicas adecuadas para participar en las actividades contratadas.<\/h4>

                                  Ser\u00e1 responsabilidad exclusiva del cliente informar previamente sobre:<\/h4>
                                  • \u00a0<\/li>

                                  • Enfermedades cr\u00f3nicas.<\/h4><\/li>
                                  • \u00a0<\/li>

                                  • Restricciones m\u00e9dicas.<\/h4><\/li>

                                  • Condiciones especiales.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                    EMI EXPERIENCE podr\u00e1 negar la participaci\u00f3n en actividades que representen riesgos para la seguridad del viajero.<\/h4>

                                    10. PROCEDIMIENTO DE CANCELACI\u00d3N<\/strong><\/h4>

                                    10.1. Cualquier solicitud de cancelaci\u00f3n debe remitirse por escrito a: info@emiexperiencedubai.com<\/h4>

                                    10.2. La cancelaci\u00f3n no se considerar\u00e1 efectiva hasta que E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC la confirme por correo electr\u00f3nico.<\/h4>

                                    10.3. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC no se hace responsable por cancelaciones no recibidas o no confirmadas.<\/h4>

                                    11. RESPONSABILIDAD DE EMI EXPERIENCE, MODIFICACIONES Y FUERZA MAYOR<\/strong><\/h4>

                                    11.1. EMI EXPERIENCE Travel & Tourism LLC act\u00faa como organizador e intermediario entre el Cliente y los distintos proveedores de servicios tur\u00edsticos. Los itinerarios y servicios est\u00e1n sujetos a cambios y EMI EXPERIENCE no ser\u00e1 responsable por hechos atribuibles a terceros o causas fuera de su control, incluyendo, entre otros:<\/h4>

                                    • Condiciones clim\u00e1ticas.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Cierres operativos.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Eventos no programados.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Autoridades gubernamentales.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Retrasos o cancelaciones de vuelos.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • P\u00e9rdida o demora de equipaje.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Problemas migratorios.<\/h4><\/li>
                                    • \u00a0<\/li>

                                    • Conflictos internacionales.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Actos terroristas.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Pandemias o epidemias.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Desastres naturales.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Cierre de fronteras.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Emergencias nacionales o internacionales.<\/h4><\/li>

                                    • Decisiones de aerol\u00edneas, hoteles u organizadores de eventos (incluyendo, para eventos como el Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, el Yas Marina Circuit, la FIA y Formula One Management).<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                      11.2. En caso de modificaci\u00f3n, se ofrecer\u00e1 alternativa de valor similar cuando sea posible.<\/h4>

                                      11.3. En caso de fuerza mayor o caso fortuito, incluyendo sin limitarse a desastres naturales, conflictos armados, epidemias o pandemias, restricciones gubernamentales, cierre de fronteras, huelgas, muerte o requerimientos oficiales, E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC queda exonerada de responsabilidad por reembolsos, aplic\u00e1ndose en su lugar las pol\u00edticas establecidas por cada Proveedor.<\/h4>

                                      12. ALOJAMIENTO HOTELERO \/ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/h4>

                                      12.1. Las pol\u00edticas de check-in y check-out, cargos extras, sellos de visa, dep\u00f3sitos o garant\u00edas adicionales son determinadas exclusivamente por los hoteles y el cliente es el \u00fanico responsable de asumir cualquier costo adicional al que haya lugar.<\/h4>

                                      12.2. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC no se hace responsable por:<\/h4>

                                      • Requests rejected by the hotel<\/h4><\/li>

                                      • Room changes<\/h4><\/li>

                                      • Charge of extras by the hotel, taxes, or any other additional charge.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                        12.3. En caso de no disponibilidad del alojamiento seleccionado, o por razones operativas, sobreventa (overbooking), mantenimiento, decisiones del Proveedor u otras circunstancias ajenas a EMI EXPERIENCE, el alojamiento podr\u00e1 ser sustituido por otro hotel de igual o superior categor\u00eda, procurando mantener est\u00e1ndares similares de ubicaci\u00f3n, calidad y servicios. Este cambio no dar\u00e1 derecho a compensaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica alguna.<\/h4>

                                        13.1. Cada Cliente deber\u00e1 respetar las pol\u00edticas de equipaje establecidas por la aerol\u00ednea contratada.<\/h4>

                                        13.2. Los costos derivados por exceso de equipaje ser\u00e1n asumidos directamente por el Cliente.<\/h4>

                                        14. SEGURO DE VIAJE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                        14.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC no es responsable por:<\/h4>

                                        • Accidents<\/h4><\/li>

                                        • Diseases<\/h4><\/li>

                                        • Injuries<\/h4><\/li>

                                        • Loss of baggage<\/h4><\/li>

                                        • Flight cancellations<\/h4><\/li>

                                        • Personal injury<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                          14.2. Se recomienda encarecidamente contratar un seguro de viaje internacional, con cobertura m\u00ednima para asistencia m\u00e9dica, hospitalizaci\u00f3n, accidentes, repatriaci\u00f3n, p\u00e9rdida de equipaje y cancelaci\u00f3n del viaje (cuando aplique). Salvo que se indique expresamente en la propuesta comercial, el seguro de viaje NO se encuentra incluido dentro del valor de los servicios o paquetes contratados. La decisi\u00f3n de viajar sin seguro ser\u00e1 responsabilidad exclusiva del Cliente.<\/h4>

                                          15. DOCUMENTACI\u00d3N DE VIAJE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                          15.1. El Cliente asume total responsabilidad por portar:<\/h4>

                                          • Valid passport<\/h4><\/li>

                                          • Visa, if applicable<\/h4><\/li>

                                          • Identification required by Suppliers<\/h4><\/li>

                                          • Requisitos sanitarios y permisos especiales exigidos por el pa\u00eds de destino, cuando apliquen.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                            15.2. No se otorgar\u00e1n reembolsos, ni se aceptan modificaciones o cancelaciones por:<\/h4>

                                            • Lack of visa<\/h4><\/li>

                                            • Expired documents<\/h4><\/li>

                                            • Immigration restrictions<\/h4><\/li>

                                            • Inadmisi\u00f3n por parte de las autoridades migratorias.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                              16. USO DEL SITIO WEB Y PROTECCI\u00d3N DE DATOS PERSONALES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                              16.1. Todo el contenido de www.emiexperiencedubai.com (textos, im\u00e1genes, logotipos, tarifas, descripciones) es propiedad de E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC y no puede usarse para fines comerciales sin autorizaci\u00f3n.<\/h4>

                                              16.2. El Cliente acepta que E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC puede monitorear tr\u00e1fico, optimizar experiencias y usar datos para mejoras de servicio, con respeto total a pol\u00edticas de privacidad.<\/h4>

                                              16.3. El Cliente autoriza a E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC a recopilar, almacenar y utilizar sus datos personales \u00fanicamente para la correcta gesti\u00f3n de la reserva, emisi\u00f3n de servicios tur\u00edsticos, coordinaci\u00f3n con Proveedores y comunicaciones relacionadas con el viaje, de conformidad con la normativa aplicable en los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/h4>

                                              17. USO DE IM\u00c1GENES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                              17.1. Durante el desarrollo de los servicios y viajes contratados podr\u00e1n capturarse fotograf\u00edas y videos con fines promocionales e institucionales.<\/h4>

                                              17.2. El Cliente autoriza a EMI EXPERIENCE a utilizar dicho material en sus canales de comunicaci\u00f3n y marketing.<\/h4>

                                              17.3. En caso de no autorizar el uso de su imagen, el Cliente deber\u00e1 comunicarlo por escrito a info@emiexperiencedubai.com antes del inicio del viaje o servicio.<\/h4>

                                              18. CUMPLIMIENTO LEGAL Y SANCIONES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                              18.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC no presta servicios a personas o entidades sujetas a sanciones establecidas por:<\/h4>

                                              • OFAC<\/h4><\/li>

                                              • United Nations<\/h4><\/li>

                                              • UAE or other applicable laws.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                18.2. Cualquier intento de eludir pol\u00edticas de sanci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 considerado incumplimiento contractual.<\/h4>

                                                19. DISPUTAS Y LEGISLACI\u00d3N APLICABLE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                  20. POL\u00cdTICA DE CONDUCTA DEL CLIENTE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                  20.1. Con el fin de garantizar una experiencia segura y organizada para todos los viajeros, el Cliente se compromete a:<\/h4>

                                                  • Respetar las leyes de los Emiratos \u00c1rabes Unidos.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                  • Cumplir las normas establecidas por hoteles, aerol\u00edneas, operadores tur\u00edsticos y organizadores de eventos.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                  • Mantener un comportamiento respetuoso hacia otros pasajeros, gu\u00edas, conductores y personal de servicio.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                  • Abstenerse de realizar actividades ilegales o prohibidas por la legislaci\u00f3n local.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                  • No poner en riesgo la seguridad, bienestar o tranquilidad del grupo.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                    20.2. EMI EXPERIENCE podr\u00e1 excluir al Cliente de cualquier actividad, e incluso dar por terminada su participaci\u00f3n en el viaje, cuando su conducta afecte el normal desarrollo del programa o represente un riesgo para terceros. Dicha decisi\u00f3n no dar\u00e1 lugar a devoluci\u00f3n alguna de los valores pagados.<\/h4>

                                                    20.3. Toda multa, sanci\u00f3n o consecuencia derivada del incumplimiento de las leyes locales ser\u00e1 asumida exclusivamente por el Cliente.<\/h4>

                                                    21. ACEPTACI\u00d3N Y VIGENCIA<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                    21.1. El Cliente declara haber le\u00eddo, entendido y aceptado estos T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones.<\/h4>

                                                    21.2. Su vigencia se extiende desde la confirmaci\u00f3n de la reserva hasta la finalizaci\u00f3n de todos los servicios contratados.<\/h4>

                                                    2. SCOPE OF SERVICES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                    EMI EXPERIENCE acts as an intermediary and\/or provider of tourism services in the United Arab Emirates and internationally, including but not limited to:<\/h4>

                                                    • Planning and creation of customized itineraries<\/h4><\/li>

                                                    • Tours and excursions<\/h4><\/li>

                                                    • Transfers, transportation, and luxury experiences<\/h4><\/li>

                                                    • Hotel and accommodation reservations<\/h4><\/li>

                                                    • Tickets to attractions and special and sporting experiences<\/h4><\/li>

                                                    • Corporate incentives<\/h4><\/li>

                                                    • Business travel – networking<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                      Services may be provided directly or indirectly by EMI EXPERIENCE and\/or by independent third-party providers (hereinafter, \u00abProviders\u00bb), with whom EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC contracts or collaborates.<\/h4>

                                                      2.3. Additionally, EMI EXPERIENCE markets comprehensive travel packages for high-demand special events (for example, the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix), which usually include, as detailed in each commercial proposal:<\/h4>

                                                      • Official event tickets<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Accommodation<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Breakfasts<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Transfers<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Tours<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Activities<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Spanish-speaking guide<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Assistance during the trip<\/h4><\/li>

                                                      • Other services detailed in the commercial proposal<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                        Unless expressly stated otherwise, these packages do not include lunches, dinners, beverages, travel insurance, visa, personal expenses, tips, early check-in, late check-out, personal purchases, optional services, or any other service not expressly specified in the commercial proposal. These packages are governed by these General Terms and Conditions, together with the additional specific conditions set out in the corresponding sections of this document.<\/h4>

                                                        3. PRICES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                        3.1. All prices may be expressed in AED, USD, EUR, or COP depending on the services provided.<\/h4>

                                                        3.2. Prices are subject to:<\/h4>

                                                        • Provider price increases.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                        • Government taxes.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          3.3. Prices do not include, unless clearly specified:<\/h4>

                                                          • Tips for guides or drivers<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Passport or visa fees<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Travel insurance<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Meals and beverages not specified<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Room service or laundry<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Early check-in and late check-out<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Personal purchases and optional services<\/h4><\/li>

                                                          • Any other personal expenses not specified.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                            3.4. Prices may change without prior notice due to unforeseen changes in supplier rates, operating costs, taxes, or season.<\/h4>

                                                            3.5. Special condition for high-demand special event packages (for example, the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix): prices for these packages will be quoted and paid exclusively in United States Dollars (USD), regardless of the Client’s home currency. Such prices are subject to availability and may change without prior notice until EMI EXPERIENCE receives the confirmation deposit payment (40% of the total value). Once that payment is received, the package price will be guaranteed for the Client.<\/h4>

                                                            4. REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                            4.1. The Client is required to carry and present, before beginning any service:<\/h4>

                                                            • Valid passport<\/h4><\/li>

                                                            • Official identification document<\/h4><\/li>

                                                            • Sanitary requirements and special permits required by the relevant country or authority, when applicable.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                              4.2. Some activities, tours, and experiences require mandatory identity verification. If the required documentation is not submitted:<\/h4>

                                                              • The activity may be canceled immediately.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                              • There will be no option for changes, postponements, or refunds.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                4.3. Inadmission of the Client by immigration authorities, due to lack of documentation, visa, or any other requirement, will not give rise to any refund.<\/h4>

                                                                5. PAYMENT POLICIES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                5.1. EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC accepts the following payment methods:<\/h4>

                                                                • International credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                • Secure payment link sent via the official payment gateway<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                • Bank transfer to the company account under EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                • Cash payment only at authorized physical offices.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                  5.2. The following will be added to all contracted rates:<\/h4>

                                                                  • A 3.9% processing fee for using the payment gateway, to be paid by the Client.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                  • A 5% VAT (Value Added Tax), in accordance with current UAE tax regulations, to be paid by the Client.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                  • A 7% agency fee for customized packages, to be paid by the Client.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                    5.3. Special payment condition for high-demand special event packages (for example, Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix):<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                    Amounts for these packages will be quoted and paid exclusively in United States Dollars (USD). Payment will be made as follows:<\/h4>

                                                                    • 40% of the total package value to confirm the reservation (confirmation deposit).<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                    • The remaining 60%, which may be paid in up to four (4) installments, according to a personalized schedule established by EMI EXPERIENCE for each Client.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                      The full package amount must be paid before the deadline indicated by EMI EXPERIENCE in order to proceed with the final issuance of official tickets, hotel reservations, tours, transfers, and other included services. Failure to comply with the payment plan may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation, with the corresponding penalties applied.<\/h4>

                                                                      5.4. These additional charges are mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances.<\/h4>

                                                                      6. BOOKING CONFIRMATION<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                      6.1. To confirm a booking, the Client must make the full payment using one of the methods described above.<\/h4>

                                                                      6.2. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking. If, for any reason, the Client does not provide accurate information, EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for any modifications to the booking resulting from this error.<\/h4>

                                                                        6.3. Special condition for high-demand special event packages:<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                        The reservation will only be considered confirmed once EMI EXPERIENCE receives payment equivalent to 40% of the total package value (confirmation deposit). Until that payment has been received, EMI EXPERIENCE does not guarantee hotel availability, availability of event tickets, published rates, air seats (when applicable), or any other service offered within the package. Availability is always subject to confirmation by the Providers.<\/h4>

                                                                        7. CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND NO-SHOW POLICIES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                        General Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                        Each service, tour, experience, activity, or hotel reservation may be subject to individual cancellation policies established by the corresponding Supplier.<\/h4>

                                                                        Failure to pay entitles EMI EXPERIENCE to automatically cancel the reservation without obligation to refund the deposit.<\/h4>

                                                                        The Client acknowledges that, because activities and attractions operate with their own strict policies, EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC does not control or modify these policies.<\/h4>

                                                                        7.2. Cancellations by the Client<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                        Cancellations requested more than 72 hours prior to the start of the service may qualify for a refund, except during special seasons and subject to the Supplier’s terms and:<\/h4>

                                                                        • Administrative fees.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                        • Supplier policies.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                        • Bank charges.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                        • Operating costs.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                          or non-refundable services such as:<\/h4>

                                                                          • Museum of the Future<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Burj Khalifa<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Burj Al Arab<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Skydive Dubai<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Helicopter Tours<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Theme Parks<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Fast track and special shows, or others.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                          • Water sports.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                            During peak season and high-demand dates (including, but not limited to, December 1 to January 31), no services are eligible for refunds.<\/h4>

                                                                            7.3. Applicable Refunds, according to timeframe<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                            Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from the Supplier’s authorization. Refunds will be issued using the same original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.<\/h4>

                                                                            7.4. No-Show<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                            Failure by the client to appear for any of the contracted services will result in:<\/h4>

                                                                            • Loss of 100% of the amount paid.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                            • No refund.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                            • No rescheduling.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                              This applies to tours, transfers, activities, tickets, hotels, and any other service provided by EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC. Rescheduling or modifications are not permitted for confirmed services without additional charges.<\/h4>

                                                                              7.5. Special condition for high-demand special event packages (for example, Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix):<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                              The confirmation deposit equivalent to 40% of the total package value is final and NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including, among others: voluntary cancellation, personal issues, illness, visa denial, immigration issues, job changes, economic reasons, inability to travel, or force majeure affecting only the passenger. This is because such deposit is used immediately by EMI EXPERIENCE to secure limited-availability, non-refundable services from Providers (official tickets, hotel reservations, special rates, local operators, transfers, and included activities).<\/h4>

                                                                              Regarding the remaining 60%, in the event of cancellation, the policies of hotels, airlines, operators, and other Providers involved will apply; if such Providers do not authorize a refund, EMI EXPERIENCE will likewise be unable to refund those amounts.<\/h4>

                                                                              Official tickets for this type of event are issued under the official organizer’s policies, are non-refundable, and do not allow for date or event changes; EMI EXPERIENCE acts solely as an authorized intermediary between the Client and the official ticket provider.<\/h4>

                                                                              Any modification request by the Client regarding a package of this type will be subject to availability and to the policies of hotels, airlines, organizers, and tour operators; costs arising from such modifications will be borne by the Client.<\/h4>

                                                                              8. SPORTING EVENTS<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                              For products related to:<\/h4>
                                                                              • \u00a0<\/li>
                                                                              • \u00a0<\/li>

                                                                              • Athletic events.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                              • Mass events.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                The client acknowledges that:<\/h4>

                                                                                • Participation is at their own risk.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                • They must comply with the organizer’s medical requirements.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                • Registration is subject to the official event rules.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                  EMI EXPERIENCE is not responsible for:<\/h4>
                                                                                  • \u00a0<\/li>
                                                                                  • \u00a0<\/li>
                                                                                  • \u00a0<\/li>

                                                                                  • Changes in the route.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                  • Cancellations by the organizer.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                    For packages related to large-scale events such as the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, EMI EXPERIENCE will likewise not be responsible for cancellations, modifications, or alterations caused by the official organizer (Yas Marina Circuit, FIA, Formula One Management), nor for changes in schedules, access, activities, timeline, or the official event program, decisions which are the exclusive responsibility of the organizer. In such cases, EMI EXPERIENCE will pass on to the Client the solutions offered by each Provider.<\/h4>

                                                                                    9. MEDICAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                    The client declares that they are in adequate physical condition to participate in the contracted activities.<\/h4>

                                                                                    It is the client’s sole responsibility to inform EMI EXPERIENCE in advance about:<\/h4>
                                                                                    • \u00a0<\/li>

                                                                                    • Chronic illnesses.<\/h4><\/li>
                                                                                    • \u00a0<\/li>

                                                                                    • Medical restrictions.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                    • Special conditions.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                      EMI EXPERIENCE may refuse participation in activities that pose risks to the traveler’s safety.<\/h4>

                                                                                      10. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                      10.1. Any cancellation request must be submitted in writing to: info@emiexperiencedubai.com<\/h4>

                                                                                      10.2. The cancellation will not be considered effective until EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC confirms it by email.<\/h4>

                                                                                      10.3. EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for cancellations not received or not confirmed.<\/h4>

                                                                                      11. RESPONSIBILITY OF EMI EXPERIENCE, MODIFICATIONS, AND FORCE MAJEURE<\/strong><\/h4>

EMI EXPERIENCE Travel & Tourism LLC acts as organizer and intermediary between the Client and the various tourism service providers. Itineraries and services are subject to change, and EMI EXPERIENCE will not be responsible for acts attributable to third parties or causes beyond its control, including, among others:<\/h4>

                                                                                      • Weather conditions.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • Operational closures.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • International conflicts.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • Acts of terrorism.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • Pandemics or epidemics.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • Natural disasters.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • Border closures.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • National or international emergencies.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                      • Decisions by airlines, hotels, or event organizers (including, for events such as the Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the Yas Marina Circuit, the FIA, and Formula One Management).<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                        11.2. In the event of a modification, an alternative of similar value will be offered where possible.<\/h4>

                                                                                        11.3. In the event of force majeure or fortuitous event, including but not limited to natural disasters, armed conflicts, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, strikes, death, or official requirements, EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is exempt from liability for refunds, with the policies established by each Provider applying instead.<\/h4>

                                                                                        12. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION \/ CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                        12.1. Check-in and check-out policies, extra charges, visa stamps, deposits, or additional guarantees are determined exclusively by the hotels, and the client is solely responsible for assuming any additional costs incurred.<\/h4>

                                                                                        12.2. EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for:<\/h4>

                                                                                        • Requests rejected by the hotel<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                        • Room changes<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                        • Extra charges by the hotel, taxes, or any other additional charges that may apply.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                          12.3. In the event of unavailability of the selected accommodation, or for operational reasons, overbooking, maintenance, Provider decisions, or other circumstances beyond EMI EXPERIENCE’s control, the accommodation may be substituted with another hotel of equal or superior category, seeking to maintain similar standards of location, quality, and services. This change will not give rise to any financial compensation.<\/h4>

                                                                                          12.4. As a general reference, standard hotel hours are: Check-in from 3:00 p.m. and Check-out until 12:00 p.m., without prejudice to each establishment’s own policies.<\/h4>

                                                                                          13. LUGGAGE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                          13.1. Each Client must comply with the baggage policies established by the contracted airline.<\/h4>

                                                                                          13.2. Costs arising from excess baggage will be borne directly by the Client.<\/h4>

                                                                                          14. TRAVEL INSURANCE<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                          14.1. EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for:<\/h4>

                                                                                          • Accidents<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                          • Illnesses<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                          • Injuries<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                          • Lost luggage<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                          • Flight cancellations<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                          • Personal injury<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                            14.2. It is strongly recommended to purchase international travel insurance, with minimum coverage for medical assistance, hospitalization, accidents, repatriation, lost luggage, and trip cancellation (when applicable). Unless expressly stated in the commercial proposal, travel insurance is NOT included in the value of the contracted services or packages. The decision to travel without insurance is the Client’s sole responsibility.<\/h4>

                                                                                            15. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                            15.1. The Client assumes full responsibility for carrying:<\/h4>

                                                                                            • Valid passport<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                            • Visa, if applicable<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                            • Identification required by Providers<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                            • Sanitary requirements and special permits required by the destination country, when applicable.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                              15.2. No refunds will be granted, nor will modifications or cancellations be accepted due to:<\/h4>

                                                                                              • Lack of visa<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                              • Expired documents<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                              • Immigration restrictions<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                              • Inadmission by immigration authorities.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                                16. USE OF THE WEBSITE AND PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                                16.1. All content on www.emiexperiencedubai.com (text, images, logos, rates, descriptions) is the property of EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.<\/h4>

                                                                                                16.2. The Client agrees that EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC may monitor traffic, optimize experiences, and use data for service improvements, in full compliance with privacy policies.<\/h4>

                                                                                                16.3. The Client authorizes EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC to collect, store, and use their personal data solely for the proper management of the reservation, provision of tourism services, coordination with Providers, and trip-related communications, in accordance with applicable regulations in the United Arab Emirates.<\/h4>

                                                                                                17. USE OF IMAGES<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                                17.1. Photographs and videos may be taken during the contracted services and trips for promotional and institutional purposes.<\/h4>

                                                                                                17.2. The Client authorizes EMI EXPERIENCE to use such material on its communication and marketing channels.<\/h4>

                                                                                                17.3. If the Client does not authorize the use of their image, they must notify EMI EXPERIENCE in writing at info@emiexperiencedubai.com before the trip or service begins.<\/h4>

                                                                                                18. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND SANCTIONS<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                                18.1. EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC does not provide services to individuals or entities subject to sanctions established by:<\/h4>

                                                                                                • OFAC<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                • United Nations<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                • UAE laws or other applicable laws.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                                  18.2. Any attempt to circumvent sanction policies will be considered a breach of contract.<\/h4>

                                                                                                  19. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                                  19.1. All services are governed by the laws of:<\/h4>

                                                                                                  • United Arab Emirates<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                  • Federal Civil Code (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985)<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                  • Federal Criminal Code<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                  • Current legislation applicable to tourism<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                                    19.2. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai, unless otherwise provided by law.<\/h4>

                                                                                                    20. CLIENT CONDUCT POLICY<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                                    20.1. In order to guarantee a safe and organized experience for all travelers, the Client agrees to:<\/h4>

                                                                                                    • Respect the laws of the United Arab Emirates.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                    • Comply with the rules established by hotels, airlines, tour operators, and event organizers.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                    • Maintain respectful behavior toward other passengers, guides, drivers, and service staff.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                    • Refrain from engaging in illegal activities or activities prohibited by local legislation.<\/h4><\/li>

                                                                                                    • Not endanger the safety, well-being, or peace of the group.<\/h4><\/li><\/ul>

                                                                                                      20.2. EMI EXPERIENCE may exclude the Client from any activity, or even terminate their participation in the trip, when their conduct affects the normal development of the program or poses a risk to third parties. Such a decision will not give rise to any refund of amounts paid.<\/h4>

                                                                                                      20.3. Any fine, sanction, or consequence arising from a breach of local laws will be borne exclusively by the Client.<\/h4>

                                                                                                      21. ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY<\/strong><\/h4>

                                                                                                      21.1. The Client declares having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.<\/h4>

                                                                                                      21.2. Their validity extends from the confirmation of the reservation until the completion of all contracted services.<\/h4>

                                                                                                      21.3. For high-demand special event packages, payment of the confirmation deposit equivalent to 40% of the total package value constitutes the express and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, including the specific conditions set out for this type of package, and the Client’s commitment to comply with them throughout the entire contractual relationship with EMI EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC.<\/h4>
