When booking any of the services offered by E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC, you (hereinafter “the Customer”) agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES
EMI EXPERIENCE acts as an intermediary and/or provider of tourism services in the United Arab Emirates and internationally, including but not limited to:
- Planning and creation of customized itineraries
- Tours and activities
- Transfers, transportation and luxury experiences
- Hotel and lodging reservations
- Tickets to attractions and special experiences
The services may be provided directly or indirectly by EMI EXPERIENCE and/or by independent third party providers (hereinafter “Providers”), with whom E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC contracts or collaborates.
3. PRICES
3.1. All published prices are transparent and competitive, The prices are expressed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) unless otherwise indicated.
3.2. Prices do not include unless clearly specified:
- Tips to guides or drivers
- Passport or visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Meals and beverages not specified
- Room service or laundry service
- Any personal expenses not disclosed
3.3. Prices are subject to change unannounced due to unforeseen changes in supplier tariffs, operating costs or taxes.
4. MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION
4.1. The Client is obliged to carry and present, before starting any service:
- Valid passport
- Official identity document
4.2. Some activities, tours and experiences require mandatory identity verification. Failure to present such documentation:
- The activity may be canceled immediately
- There will be no exchange, deferral or refund option.
5. METHODS OF PAYMENT
5.1 E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC accepts the following methods:
- International credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Secure payment link sent by an official payment gateway.
- Bank transfer to the company's account UNDER E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC
- Cash payment only at authorized physical office.
5.2. To effectively confirm a reservation, the Client must make the total payment using one of the methods described above.
5.3. It shall be added to any contracted tariff:
- 3.9% processing fee for use of the payment gateway
- 5% VAT (Value Added Tax), in accordance with current United Arab Emirates tax regulations.
5.4. These additional charges are mandatory and are not refundable under any circumstances, except as expressly determined by the Supplier or expressly authorized by E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC.
6. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION
6.1. Issued once the receipt of payment has been verified, by means of a voucher sent to the e-mail address provided by the Client.
6.2. It is the Client's responsibility to provide correct and complete information at the time of booking:
- Full names and surnames
- Active contact phone number
- Valid e-mail address
- Accommodation data (when applicable)
7. CANCELLATION, REFUND AND NO SHOW POLICIES
7.1. General Cancellation Policy
Each service, tour, experience, activity, activity or hotel reservation may be subject to individual cancellation policies established by the corresponding Supplier.
The Client declares to know that, due to the fact that the activities and attractions have their own strict policies, E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC does not control or modify such policies.
7.2. Cancellations by the Customer
- Cancellations requested with more than 72 hours in advance at the beginning of the service may qualify for reimbursement, subject to the Provider's terms, except in special seasons or non-refundable services such as:
- Museum of the Future
- Burj Khalifa
- Burj Al Arab
- Skydive Dubai
- Helicopter Tours
- Theme parks
- Fast track and special shows or others.
During peak season and high demand dates (including, but not limited to, December 1 to January 31) all services are strictly non-refundable.
7.3. Refunds according to time period

* The exclusion indicated in high season strictly applies.
Reimbursements will be processed within a maximum period of 30 days counted from the Supplier's authorization. Reimbursement will be made using the same original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7.4. No-Show
No show implies:
- No full or partial reimbursement
- Applies to tours, transfers, activities, entrance fees and hotels or any other service in general provided by E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC
The following are not allowed reprogramming or modifications for confirmed services without additional charges.
8. CANCELLATION PROCEDURE
8.1. Any request for cancellation must be sent in writing to: info@emiexperiencedubai.com
8.2. The cancellation shall not be considered effective until E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC confirm it by e-mail.
8.3. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for cancellations not received or not confirmed.
9. MODIFICATIONS, INTERRUPTIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. Itineraries and services are subject to change due to:
- Climatic conditions
- Operational closures
- Unscheduled events
- Government authorities
- Causes beyond the control of E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC
9.2. In case of modification, an alternative of similar value shall be offered whenever possible.
9.3. In case of force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Death
- Official requirements E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is exonerated from liability for refunds.
10. HOTEL ACCOMMODATION / CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
10.1. Check-in and check-out policies, extra charges, visa stamps, deposits or additional guarantees are determined exclusively by the hotels and the client is solely responsible for assuming any additional costs incurred.
10.2. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for:
- Requests rejected by the hotel
- Room changes
- Charge of extras by the hotel, taxes, or any other additional charge.
10.3. In case of unavailability of the selected accommodation, E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC will offer an alternative of similar category subject to availability.
11. TRAVEL INSURANCE
11.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for by:
- Accidents
- Diseases
- Injuries
- Loss of baggage
- Flight cancellations
- Personal injury
11.2. It is strongly recommended to hire a international travel insurance.
12. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
12.1. The Client assumes full responsibility for carrying:
- Valid passport
- Visa, if applicable
- Identification required by Suppliers
12.2. No refunds will be granted, nor will modifications or cancellations be accepted for:
- Lack of visa
- Expired documents
- Immigration restrictions
13. USE OF THE WEB SITE
13.1. All the content of www.emiexperiencedubai.com (texts, images, logos, rates, descriptions) is the property of E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.
13.2. The Client accepts that E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC can monitor traffic, optimize experiences and use data for service improvements, with full respect for privacy policies.
14. LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND PENALTIES
14.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC does not provide services to persons or entities subject to sanctions established by:
- OFAC
- United Nations
- UAE or other applicable laws.
14.2. Any attempt to circumvent sanction policies will be considered breach of contract.
15. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
15.1. All services are governed by the laws of:
- United Arab Emirates
- Federal Civil Code (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985)
- Federal Criminal Code
- Current legislation applicable to tourism
15.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
16. ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY
16.1. The Client declares to have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
16.2. Its validity extends from the confirmation of the reservation until the completion of all contracted services.

By booking any of the services offered by E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC, you (hereinafter referred to as “the Client”) fully accept these Terms and Conditions.
- SCOPE OF SERVICES
EMI EXPERIENCE acts as an intermediary and/or provider of tourism services within the United Arab Emirates and internationally, including but not limited to:
- Planning and creation of customized itineraries
- Tours and activities
- Transfers, transportation, and luxury experiences
- Hotel and accommodation reservations
- Tickets for attractions and special experiences
Services may be provided directly or indirectly by EMI EXPERIENCE and/or by independent third-party providers (hereinafter referred to as “Providers”), with whom E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC contracts or collaborates.
- PRICES
3.1. All published prices are transparent and competitive and are expressed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams), unless otherwise stated.
3.2. Prices do not include, unless clearly specified:
- Tips for guides or drivers
- Passport or visa fees
- Travel insurance
- Meals and beverages not specified
- Room service or laundry
- Any personal expenses not expressly stated
3.3. Prices may change without prior notice due to unforeseen changes in Provider rates, operational costs, or taxes.
- MANDATORY DOCUMENTATION
4.1. The Client is required to carry and present, prior to the start of any service:
- A valid passport
- An official identification document
4.2. Certain activities, tours, and experiences require mandatory identity verification. Failure to present such documentation:
- May result in immediate cancellation of the activity
- Will not allow for changes, rescheduling, or refunds
- PAYMENT METHODS
5.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC accepts the following payment methods:
- International credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.)
- Secure payment link sent via official payment gateway
- Bank transfer to the company account under E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC
- Cash payment only at an authorized physical office
5.2. To effectively confirm a reservation, the Client must make full payment using one of the methods described above.
5.3. The following charges will be added to all contracted services:
- 3.9% processing fee for the use of the payment gateway
- 5% VAT (Value Added Tax), in accordance with the current tax regulations of the United Arab Emirates
5.4. These additional charges are mandatory and non-refundable under any circumstances, except when expressly determined by the Provider or expressly authorized by E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC.
- BOOKING CONFIRMATION
6.1. Issued once payment receipt has been verified, through a confirmation sent to the email address provided by the Client.
6.2. It is the Client's responsibility to provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking:
- Full first and last names
- Active contact phone number
- Valid email address
- Accommodation details (when applicable)
- CANCELLATION, REFUND AND NO-SHOW POLICIES
General Cancellation Policy
Each service, tour, experience, activity, or hotel reservation may be subject to individual cancellation policies established by the respective Provider.
The Client acknowledges that, due to the fact that activities and attractions operate under their own strict policies, E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC does not control or modify such policies.
7.2. Cancellations by the Client
- Cancellations requested more than 72 hours prior to the start of the service may qualify for a refund, subject to Provider terms, except during special seasons or for non-refundable services such as:
o Museum of the Future
o Burj Khalifa
o Burj Al Arab
o Skydive Dubai
o Helicopter tours
o Theme parks
o Fast-track services and special shows, among others
During high season and peak demand dates (including but not limited to December 1st to January 31st), all services are strictly non-refundable.
7.3. Refunds Based on Timeframe

* The high-season exclusion applies strictly.
Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 days from Provider authorization. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise.
7.4. No-Show
No-show implies:
- No full or partial refund
- Applies to tours, transfers, activities, tickets, hotels, or any service provided by E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC
No rescheduling or modifications are permitted for confirmed services without additional charges.

- MODIFICATIONS, INTERRUPTIONS AND FORCE MAJEURE
9.1. Itineraries and services are subject to changes due to:
- Weather conditions
- Operational closures
- Unscheduled events
- Government authorities
- Causes beyond the control of E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC
9.2. In case of modification, an alternative of similar value will be offered when possible.
9.3. In cases of force majeure, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemics
- Death
- Official requirements
E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC shall be exempt from refund liability.
- HOTEL ACCOMMODATION / CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
10.1. Check-in and check-out policies, extra charges, visa stamps, deposits, or additional guarantees are determined exclusively by the hotels, and the Client is solely responsible for assuming any additional costs incurred.
10.2. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for:
- Requests rejected by the hotel
- Room changes
- Extra charges imposed by the hotel, taxes, or any additional charges
10.3. In the event of unavailability of the selected accommodation, E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC will offer an alternative of similar category, subject to availability.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE
11.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC is not responsible for:
- Accidents
- Illnesses
- Injuries
- Loss of luggage
- Flight cancellations
- Personal damages
11.2. The purchase of international travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION
12.1. The Client assumes full responsibility for carrying:
- A valid passport
- A visa, if applicable
- Identification required by Providers
12.2. No refunds, modifications, or cancellations will be granted due to:
- Lack of visa
- Expired documents
- Immigration restrictions
- WEBSITE USE
13.1. All content on www.emiexperiencedubai.com (texts, images, logos, rates, descriptions) is the property of E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC and may not be used for commercial purposes without authorization.
13.2. The Client agrees that E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC may monitor traffic, optimize user experience, and use data to improve services, in full compliance with privacy policies.
- LEGAL COMPLIANCE AND SANCTION
14.1. E M I EXPERIENCE TRAVEL AND TOURISM LLC does not provide services to individuals or entities subject to sanctions imposed by:
- OFAC
- United Nations
- UAE laws or any other applicable regulations
14.2. Any attempt to circumvent sanction policies shall be considered a contractual breach.
- DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW
15.1. All services are governed by the laws of:
- United Arab Emirates
- Federal Civil Code (Federal Law No. 5 of 1985)
- Federal Penal Code
- Applicable tourism legislation
15.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Dubai.
- ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDITY
16.1. The Client declares having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
16.2. These Terms shall remain in effect from the confirmation of the reservation until the completion of all contracted services.
