Tour exclusions

All personal expenses for shopping, dining, photography, etc. on site.

Bring your original UAE passport or identity card to present at the counter.
Minimum age requirement: Drivers must be at least 16 years old and passengers must be at least 6 years old.
Each jet ski can accommodate 2 passengers (subject to weight limits).
Tour routes may vary according to weather and sea conditions.
Bring your own suit and towels.
Participants must be able to swim or stay afloat.
Pay attention to the safety instructions to avoid problems.

CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY

No charges will be applied to cancellations made 24 hours prior to tour departure.

If cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to tour departure, the 100% fee will be applied.

If you are entitled to a refund, you will be reimbursed within 7 business days.

For safety reasons, children under 6 years of age are not allowed in this activity.
The minimum age to travel as a passenger is 6 years old.
The minimum age for driving is 16 years old.
All persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
