Atlantis Water Park, located at Atlantis, The Palm in Dubai, offers a thrilling and immersive water experience for visitors of all ages. With a wide range of thrilling slides, from exhilarating drops to winding turns, visitors can experience the ultimate adrenaline rush. The wave pool creates artificial waves, allowing visitors to enjoy a beach experience. For those looking to relax, the lazy river offers a peaceful and scenic ride along its winding course. Children have their own splash zones with shallow pools, interactive play structures and mini-slides. The water park also offers additional aquatic adventures such as snorkeling, swimming with dolphins and exploring marine life in controlled environments. Entrance to the park: Access to the park according to the type of ticket chosen.
Services provided according to the transfers booked: entrance only, shared or private.

Tour exclusions

Personal expenses for meals, shopping, etc. in the park.

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Swimsuit policy: Visitors must change their bathing suits before entering the water.
No refunds will be made for unused or partially used services, or if visitors are denied entry due to inappropriate attire for the water park.
No outside food, beverages or alcohol are allowed into Aquaventure.
The service provider is not responsible if any component of an attraction is not operational for technical reasons.
Some areas may have age or height restrictions for safety reasons.
For safety, enter all pools and attractions feet first; diving is not permitted.
Shared transfers can only be arranged from centrally located hotels or residences in Dubai.
A surcharge applies for pick-up from areas other than hotels or central Dubai residences.
The duration of shared transfers can vary from 30 to 60 minutes depending on traffic conditions and location.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.

CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of tours or tickets after booking, a 100% fee will apply. Child Policy Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will be admitted free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate. Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.

Children under 1.2 meters tall and under 7 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate.
Children under 3 years old will be admitted free of charge.
Children 7 years of age and over 1.2 meters tall will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.
