Important information

Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No refunds will be made for unused or partially used services.
ATMs, prayer rooms, diaper changing and baby feeding facilities, and smoking areas are located on the Plaza floor.
Valet parking, lockers and strollers are available for an additional charge at the park.
The service provider is not responsible if any component of an attraction does not work for technical reasons.
Visitors are prohibited from bringing food and drink into the park.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of tours or tickets after booking, a 100% fee will apply. Child Policy Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will be admitted free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate. Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.

Children's Policy

Children under 3 years of age and less than 1.1 meters tall will be considered infants and admission will be free.
Children between 3 and 10 years old are considered children and pay the child rate.
Children over 10 years of age are considered adults and pay the adult rate.
