GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Dolphins are said to be the most intelligent mammals, and you can meet them at the Dubai Dolphinarium with us. The Dubai Dolphinarium is the only fully air-conditioned dolphinarium in the city. Equipped with state-of-the-art light and sound technology, this dolphinarium occupies an area of 5000 square meters. The 45-minute dolphin and seal shows are performed in a 180-degree amphitheater. The impressive dolphin and seal shows will delight children and adults alike. You will also have the opportunity to interact directly with these intelligent animals and learn about marine life from our experts and trainers.

Tour exclusions

All personal expenses for shopping, dining, photography, etc., on site.

Please arrive at the venue at least 30 minutes before the start of the session.
All participants must pay 5 AED to enter Creek Park. Tourists can purchase a ticket directly at the ticket counter or at the kiosk. Residents can purchase a ticket or use the NOL card.
Shared transfers are only offered from centrally located hotels and residences in the city of Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
Transfer times may vary depending on traffic conditions and your location.
Children under 2 years old are free.
For the water activity, children must be 8 years old or older and be able to swim comfortably. Pregnant women and people with injuries are not allowed to swim with dolphins.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.
For limited schedule ticket reservations and transfers, if transfers are delayed, consider using alternate transportation to arrive on time and avoid no-shows. Refund requests for transfer problems may be submitted at a later date.
Note: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.

CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY

No charges will be applied to all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time.

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the tour departure time, the 100% fee will be applied.

If you qualify for a refund, you will be reimbursed within 7 business days.

Children under 2 years of age will be considered infants and admission will be free.
Children between the ages of 2 and 12 are considered children and will be charged the child rate.
Children over 12 years of age will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
