Transfers are offered from centrally located hotels and residences in the city of Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed).

Shisha and dune buggy experience is not allowed for children under 16 years old.
Infants may not participate in Dune Bashing and must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Pregnant women and people with back pain are not recommended to participate.
No refunds will be made for partially used services.
It is not allowed to carry heavy luggage during this activity.
The butler service is assigned per table with a maximum capacity of 6 people.
Eating, drinking and smoking are prohibited inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.

Cancellations made up to 24 hours prior to departure: no charge.
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure: 100% cargo.
Applicable reimbursements will be processed within a period of 7 working days.

Children policy

Children under 3 years old: are considered infants and are admitted free of charge.
From 3 to 10 years old: are considered children and pay child rate.
Over 10 years old: are considered adults and pay adult rate.
