Important information

• It is mandatory to present a valid identity card or passport.
• Allowable age: between 12 and 65 years old. Minors under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
• Minimum height: 130 cm. Allowable weight: 45 to 100 kg. Good health condition required.
• Recommended clothing: comfortable, with closed shoes. The following are not allowed skirts, dresses, flip-flops and loose-fitting shoes.
• Hair must be tied back. No large accessories such as earrings, bracelets or superhero capes are allowed.
• Respect the local culture by dressing modestly.
• Small lockers are provided to store personal items (bags, keys, phones). Suitcases and large bags are not accepted.
• The experience includes a helmet camera. Personalized photos and video will be sent to the registered email address.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to participate.
• It is not allowed to participate under the influence of drugs, alcohol or medications that affect judgment.
• Participation is not permitted if the visitor suffers from serious physical or mental disorders or medical conditions requiring immediate attention.
• Xline Dubai does not offer refunds or compensation for cancelled reservations.
