What is included in the tour

Tour exclusions

• All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, meals, etc., at the hotel during the tour.

• Doors open at 9:30 a.m. at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA ticketing hall.
• Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the experience.
• Photography is not allowed in the main atrium or on the second floor.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age.
• Children 0-3 years old enter free of charge and will receive free admission at the Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge (proof of age may be required).
• The pick-up service will be provided at hotels and residences in central Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Please wear an appropriate dress code. Shorts, t-shirts, flip-flops, running shoes, sneakers, tennis shoes, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.
