• Insurance: All passengers are insured in accordance with local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.

• All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
• Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
• Children over 2 years old are allowed on board.
• A maximum of 5 passengers are allowed on Dubai helicopter tours.
• Passengers exceeding the 140 kg weight limit will not be allowed to fly.
• Passengers should arrive 45 minutes before the flight.
• Pregnant women may only fly during the first 32 weeks of pregnancy or at their own risk.
• Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
• Pick-up will be organized from hotels and residences centrally located in the city of Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
• Important notice: It is mandatory to carry the physical passport for the helicopter flight. Electronic copies will not be accepted.
