Important information

Transfers are only offered from hotels and centrally located residences in the city of Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
Shared transfer times may vary from 30 to 60 minutes depending on the trip schedule, traffic and location.
Ride lines close 30 minutes before the park closes.
Children must always be accompanied by an adult or guardian during the visit.
IMG tickets include access to Marvel / Lost Valley / Cartoon Network / IMG Boulevard / The Hunted Town.
Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Free admission for children under 1.05 m in height.
Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited in the park.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of tours or tickets after booking, a 100% fee will apply. Child Policy Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will be admitted free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate. Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.

Children's policy

Children under 3 years of age and less than 1.05 m tall will be considered infants and admission will be free.
Children over 3 years of age and between 1.05 m and 1.2 m tall will be considered children and will pay the child rate.
Children taller than 1.2 m will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.
