Important information

• Passengers must carry a valid identity document or passport. Passengers without a valid ID will not be allowed to fly.
• The liability waiver form must be completed and submitted online 24 hours before the flight. Complete the form and upload a copy of your passport (image format only). Access the form at this link.
• It is mandatory to provide a valid WhatsApp number for reservations, which will allow us to communicate the pick-up time and provide updates about the tour.
• Shared transfer is not available from Palm Jebel Ali, Expo, Dubai Investment Park, Sharjah Al Maktoum Airport or other emirates.
• The Balloon Flights team will inform you of the exact pick-up time the day before the tour, between 19:00 and 20:30.
• Be ready at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time, as any delay could result in flight cancellation.
• Pick-up and drop-off times for shared transfers can vary from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on traffic conditions and your location.
• This tour requires a minimum of 2 people.
• Children under five years of age and people over 65 years of age are not allowed to fly.
• The maximum weight limit is 119 kg. Passengers exceeding this limit require pilot approval and will be charged an additional fee.
• Pregnant women are not allowed to fly.
• A 100 % no-show fee will be applied if a passenger cancels the tour at the last minute. No alternative tour will be arranged and no refund will be made.
• All participants must be in good physical condition and be able to climb in and out of the basket, as well as to crouch during the landing.
• The company is not responsible for any adverse health conditions, as participants participate at their own risk.
• Persons with disabilities, including mental, emotional or physical health problems, are not allowed to participate.
• It is not allowed to carry heavy luggage during the activity.
• Any person under the influence of alcohol or any other drug is strictly prohibited from flying.
• Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended for this activity. Avoid high heels and wear comfortable shoes or boots.
• This activity is not recommended for people with heart problems, severe knee problems, back problems, people who have had major surgery in the last six months or people with a fear of heights.
• Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions. The pilot has full authority to decide whether to continue or cancel the flight, prioritizing the safety of the participants and following the flight rules.
• If the flight is cancelled due to bad weather, passengers will be offered the next available tour date or a full refund.
