Important information

Transfers are only offered from hotels and central Dubai residences (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
The use of professional cameras and drones is not allowed.
Use only designated corridors, walkways and exits.
It is forbidden to pick flowers.
No cars, balls, scooters, bicycles, hoverboards or pets are allowed.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.
The administration may expel any visitor who poses a threat or engages in misconduct.
Any damage resulting from negligence will be the sole responsibility of the visitor and his/her companions.
It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke inside the vehicle during tours with transfer.

Cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of tours or tickets after booking, a 100% fee will apply. Child Policy Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will be admitted free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate. Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.
