• All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, meals, etc., will be paid on site during the tour.

Important information

• Please carry a valid ID or passport with you during your visit.
• Tickets are valid for one entry only.
• Wear discreet clothing that covers shoulders and knees during your visit.
• A free parking space is available on the premises, but a minimal charge for valet parking applies.
• Wheelchairs are provided free of charge, while strollers are available at a rental cost.
• No outside food or beverages (except bottled water) may be brought into the facilities or the themed areas.
• No sharp objects, paints, folding bicycles, skateboards, large bags, etc. are allowed.
• The attraction has prayer rooms, restrooms, a first aid kit and a designated smoking area.
• The light show will be at 7:10 pm. The last access will be at 18:40 h.
• The ticket includes access to the Palace in Motion (Light Show). If you visit on the day of your visit, the last access to the Palace in Motion is 45 minutes before the start of the show.
• Schedules are subject to change and are subject to sunset.
• No heavy luggage is allowed during this visit.
• Eating, drinking and smoking are not allowed in the vehicles during transfers.
