What is included in the tour

• Disposable snow boots and socks
• Winter clothing, jacket and pants in different sizes (from S to 4XL)
• For safety reasons, we recommend wearing a helmet during alpine skiing.
• Skaters ages 3 to 13 must wear helmets at all times.

Tour exclusions

• All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, meals, etc., on the tour during the tour.

Important information

• For the Snow Premium promotion, our operations team will coordinate with you and the time slot to be booked must be confirmed at least 48 hours prior to the date of the visit.
• Participants must bring their confirmation email with them to the venue. If you do not receive it, please check with our team prior to your visit.
• Ski/snowboard equipment, jackets, pants, disposable socks, snow boots, wool gloves and helmets will be provided on the premises for safety.
• Helmets are mandatory for children under 13 years of age. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 16.
• To enjoy the Snow Bullet ride, children must be at least eight years old, 125 cm tall and weigh more than 30 kg. Adults must not weigh more than 120 kg.
• Some attractions and features require height and weight restrictions.
• No cell phones or cameras are allowed inside the Penguin Encounter Area.
• Drinks and cold food are only allowed in the Avalanche Café and the North 28 restaurant (hours: 10:00 to 00:00).
• No refunds will be made for unused or partially used services.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Visitors are prohibited from bringing food and beverages into the park.
• Access to the slopes is for experienced skiers/snowboarders only.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.
• NOTE: The site is not wheelchair accessible. Pregnant women are not allowed in the activities.
