Tour exclusions

• All personal expenses for shopping, drinks, meals, etc., during the tour.

• A United Arab Emirates passport or identity card is required.
• Age: Participants between the ages of 12 and 65 can access the glass slide and the water's edge.
• Minors between the ages of 12 and 18 require the consent of their parents or guardians. Minors under 12 years of age NO can access the water's edge and the glass slide.
• Weight: Participants weighing between 30 and 120 kg will be able to access the glass slide.
• Height: Participants between 120 cm and 200 cm will be able to access the glass slide.
• Discreet and comfortable clothing is required (no dresses, skirts, flip-flops, loose-fitting shoes or long, loose scarves).
• Please notify Sky Views staff of any disability, intellectual or physical, that would prevent you from performing the physical and mental activities during the experience.
• Please notify Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions, including but not limited to: neck weakness, back weakness, fractures, heart problems, nervous disorders, dizziness, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant.
• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.
• Note: Sky Views can be accessed via The Address Sky View Tower 1, Level 1, entry point next to the residence entrance, or via The Dubai Mall metro link to the main entrance of Sky Views, Level 1 (next to Marina Pharmacy).
