The reservation must be made according to the passport information. A United Arab Emirates passport or identity card is required during this activity.
We suggest you reserve 3 to 4 hours for the activity, as weather conditions may cause flight delays.
Sporty and comfortable clothing is recommended. T-shirts with sleeves and shorts that cover the thigh area are recommended so that the harness fits comfortably.
Customers are advised to remove jewelry, watches or other precious accessories before jumping. These can be stored in the free personal lockers in our facilities.
Each client will be provided with goggles for the jump. Therefore, if you need to wear glasses or prescription lenses during the jump, please do so.
Avoid diving at least 24 hours before your tandem jump.
Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes shuttle service.

Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of tours or tickets after booking, a 100% fee will apply. Child Policy Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will be admitted free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate. Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.

Policy on minors

Children under the age of 18 will be considered minors and will not be allowed entry.
Persons over 18 years of age will be considered adults and will be charged the adult rate.
