It is mandatory to present a valid photo ID or passport at the entrance.
The reservation confirmation is only valid for the selected date and time.
The shared transfers are only available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
No outside food or beverages are allowed.
The venue reserves the right to refuse entry in case of non-compliance with rules and regulations.
It is forbidden to eat, drink and smoke inside the vehicle during the tours with transfer.

CANCELLATION & RESERVATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy In case of cancellation of tours or tickets after booking, a 100% fee will apply. Child Policy Children under 3 years old will be considered infants and will be admitted free of charge. Children from 3 to 10 years old will be considered children and will pay the child rate. Children over 10 years old will be considered adults and will pay the adult rate.

Children's Policy

Children under 2 years of age are considered infants and cannot participate in this activity.
Children from 3 to 13 years of age are considered children.
Children over 14 years of age pay the adult rate.
